Exchanges & Returns

1. Exchanges

If the consumer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the product, the consumer has the right to exchange the product to SHECANcer.org within thirty (30) days after receiving the product. The consumer must first inform SHECANcer.org in writing via email of their intention, and must follow all further return conditions and instructions stipulated by SHECANcer.org. Exchanged products are only accepted when the product is unused, unwashed and undamaged. And will only be accepted if they are sent in the original, undamaged packaging and the SHECANcer.org labels or tags still attached to the products. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, SHECANcer.org will exchange the consumer for the returned product(s) within 7 days after receiving it. Customer is responsible for any costs incurred to return the item. SHECANcer.org will pay for exchange shipping back to the customer, once per order. Additional exchange shipping charges are responsible to the consumer. All International shipping on orders requiring an exchange are solely responsible to the customer.

2.  Returns

SHECANcer.org will not accept returns for SALE products. If the consumer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain a regular priced product, the customer has the right to return the product to SHECANcer.org within thirty (30) days after after receiving it. The consumer must first inform SHECANcer.org in writing via email of their intention, and must follow all further return conditions and instructions stipulated by SHECANcer.org. Returned products are only accepted when the product is unused, unwashed and undamaged. And will only be accepted if they are sent in the original, undamaged packaging and the SHECANcer.org labels or tags still attached to the products. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, SHECANcer.org will reimburse the consumer for the returned product(s) within 30 days after receiving it. Customer is responsible for any costs incurred to return the item. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the consumer. We will charge the consumer for the cost of the return shipping and administrative costs. In the unlikely event that you receive a product which is faulty, please contact us within five (5) working days of delivery of the product explaining clearly the problem found. For faulty products SHECANcer.org will make a full refund to the consumer, including the return shipping, as soon as possible upon receipt of the products and within thirty days, beginning with the date of receipt of the products. Products are faulty if they are received in the wrong style or size – as a result of a mistake made by SHECANcer.org. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All guarantee obligations lapse if the products are modified by the consumer or any third party, by inexpert use, lack of care or if the consumer does not comply with provided instructions such as washing instructions. If a consumer would like to exchange a faulty product instead of obtaining a refund, the consumer needs to be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, SHECANcer.org will offer to repair faulty products if possible. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, the consumer is entitled a full refund, shipping and return included.
 All International shipping on orders requiring a return are solely responsible to the customer.
