Orders & Shipping

1. Orders


After making an order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order, including shipping costs (if applicable). In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond SHECANcer.org’s control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. Usually, products ship within (2) business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We strive to keep our website as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible. A product must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days of the order placement. If SHECANcer.org fails to comply with this, the consumer may immediately break the order contract. This is not possible, however, if the parties involved have previously agreed to a different delivery term. If the consumer wishes to make changes to the placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering consumer contact or address details when placing the order, it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact shecancer@gmail.com immediately.

 Any changes after an order has been fulfilled can be made but costs associated for restocking and exchanges in shipping will be the consumer's responsibility.


2. Prices & Payment


All pricing of SHECANcer.org items are in USD and will value added tax will be added at checkout. Shipping costs and custom duties are not included in the price. The shipping fees if necessary, will be added to the order in the checkout step and is based on the weight of the package and its destination. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found under “Shipping”. Consumers are able to make payments electronically to SHECANcer.org in many different ways. The differing payment methods are indicated at the bottom of check out. When ordering products, the consumer will be required to provide payment details, and the consumer represent and warrant that the payment details the customer provide on ordering are both valid and correct. The consumer confirms that the consumer is the person referred to in the billing information provided.  Shipment of the order will take place once SHECANcer.org has received payment for the order. International shipments outside the United States could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that SHECANcer.org does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. SHECANcer.org will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.



3. Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all orders within the US over $50. We try our best to get you your order ASAP, however the shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. All orders will be processed and shipped to the shipping address within (2-3) working days of receiving payment. SHECANcer.org is not responsible for any delays caused by COVID-19. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer has the right to cancel the order, free of charge. SHECANcer.org will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination. If the package is damaged when it arrives, please contact SHECANcer.org within 24 hours through shecancer@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping company.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. In the case shipping has been added, you will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
